Hanukkah Candle-Making with Jewish Gateways and PJ Library
By Jewish Gateways

Join Jewish Gateways and PJ Library East Bay for a relaxed Shabbat morning of Hanukkah-themed stories, foods, and crafts. There will be donuts, candle-making, and connection! This celebration is especially for children 1 - 7 and their loved ones. Older and younger siblings are welcome.

Bring a picnic blanket and join us at Tassajara Park in El Cerrito.

While we celebrate this joyous holiday, we also want to keep in mind the folks in our area who are experiencing food insecurity. Please join us for another season of #PJGIVESBACK by bringing nonperishable food items to this event.  PJ Library will deliver them to the Berkeley Food Pantry to help feed our neighbors this holiday season!

We welcome all: wandering Jews, wondering Jews, those of Jewish heritage, non-Jews, multiracial relationships, interfaith relationships, low-income families, adult children of interfaith families, Jews by choice, people of color, single-parent families, LGBTQIA+.
