Find your Balance, Clarity and Focus!
During this group breathing session, you will learn how to use your breath to feel better and connect to your inner strength and resilience. When the body feels safe, the mind feels safe. The presence of the facilitator adds another level of safety to the process.
This combination allows the person to feel comfortable enough so that they can surrender and allow healing to take place. Breathing moves energy and transforms it, while the altered state of consciousness facilitated by the breath allows for a more expanded perspective with added objectivity and neutrality to any memories, feelings or thoughts that may arise. Thus creating ease and flow in your life while allowing you to be fully present in each moment, rather than constantly reacting from the past.
