Each Monday, we will come together to discuss meditation techniques followed by the opportunity to put those techniques into practice with a goal of developing a personal practice of meditation.Topics will include: quieting the monkeymind, when to use a guided meditation, mantrasas a gateway, the power of intention, breath-work, listening within the quiet among other topics.
Dress comfortably, and bring along a journal to capture any insights.
$10 Every Monday, from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. This is a weekly drop-in class, but preregistration is highly encouraged.
