Welcome to Compassionate Heart Yoga! The style of yoga we will be practicing is Kripalu Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on gentle guidance through a slow sequence of poses. Our classes are taught with compassion and non-judgement in a safe, cheerful environment. If you have always been a little curious about what yoga is, but did not feel you were the right age, body type, or athletic ability- come join us! Every Body can benefit from yoga. That includes yours!
