Music by Curt Cacioppo performed by Francesco D’Orazio, violin, David Wetherill, horn, Adeline Tomasone, flute, William Sharp, baritone, and Wan-Chi Su, piano, with the composer at the piano in two world premiere works. The program also features the world premiere of a new work by Charles Cacioppo. Curt Cacioppo’s Whitman setting ( I, madly struggling, cry ), commissioned by the Post Classical Ensemble, is the centerpiece of the program.
