A very slow moving, methodical class that consists of a combination of challenging asanas, (poses) meant to stretch connective tissue, practice breath work & meditation.
Class themes are often around self-love & acceptance with the intention of helping students facilitate self-discovery & personal growth. In addition to the amazing physical benefits, William’s Yin classes incorporate breath work & a meditative component that are meant to inspire students to push through “stuck” places, letting go of stress, facilitate healing & learn how to better connect with our body. When we are able to do this, we are able to let go of pain, stress &/or anxiety. Goal - to find happiness, peace & acceptance.
