Come to your mat on a Thursday evening to find a playful and enriching flow for your mind and body to deepen into your intention. After a long day, connect your breath with powerful and energetic movement to execute a moving meditation. This class will be working towards more challenging and advanced postures (Asanas) and sequences, but there will always be alternative postures for students to build strength to eventually progress towards the more advanced positions. Most important is to have fun with our bodies' ability to move and gain mobility, strength and flexibility.
This class is intended for all levels so all you need is to show up. If you have never practiced yoga or need a refresher, please come 5-10 min earlier so we can go over the fundamentals.
While not quite hot yoga, this class is heated so please drink plenty of water before hand.
