Join Emily for an invigorating lower body workout class to sculpt, strengthen, and tone your legs, glutes, and core. In this dynamic 30-minute session, Emily will guide you through a series of targeted exercises designed to enhance muscle definition while boosting your metabolism. Weights can be added to various exercises in this class. The class structures a warm-up and cool down around two core sets, first a 15 minute set featuring 15 different core movements, 45 seconds on and a 15 seconds pause to transition, followed by a 5 minute power set designed to specifically target endurance. Emily will provide personalized guidance on proper form and technique, ensuring a safe and effective workout for participants of all fitness levels. Whether you're aiming to increase strength, improve endurance, or simply feel more confident in your lower body, this class offers a well-rounded fitness experience.
