Originally from Australia, Sandy has been practicing Tai Chi and Acupressure massage for over 25 years. Sandy has a unique blend of experience across language education, media & entertainment, and holistic wellbeing. Across all of these areas, he found that integrating body and mind together improved performance. He brings a playful sense of humor to moving mindfulness practices.
