Is an energy practice that integrates the physical, physiological and spiritual aspects of movement. This practice is not like most modern yoga classes. It leans into a vinyasa-style flow with deep ties to the wisdom and forms of yoga, qigong and ancient somatic exercises. Through the combination of simple and challenging movements we work with the breath, organs, meridians, mental and emotional bodies to release blocks and promote energetic mobility. Classes are generally both meditative and physically challenging without overhauling the nervous system. Though sequences, pace and intensity may vary and shift with the seasons, the practice is always full of positive affirmations, guided care and motivation.
