Acroyoga combines the movements of yoga and acrobatics. It involves two or more people working together to create a series of dynamic movements and poses that require strength, balance, and trust. Acroyoga is a great way to challenge yourself physically while also building connections with others.
No partner is necessary as we will be working in groups.
