Join Alex (she/they) for a great technique-focused lunch time powerlifting-centered workout!
Participants can expect a group warm-up followed by a series of movements targeting one of the powerlifts (squat, bench press, deadlift). All levels welcome! More experienced participants are able to work independently in class if desired, and those looking for more instruction and modifications will be able to work closer with the instructor.
Class is first come, first served and will be limited to 20 for the comfort of all.
