Join Sariah for a great lunch time workout!
Participants can expect a group warm up followed by an explanation of movements and workout for the day. More experienced participants are able to work independently in class and those looking for more instruction and modifications will be able to work closer with the instructor.
Class is first come, first served and will be limited to 20 for the comfort of all.
