This class offers a full body workout using TRX suspension trainers.
Efficiently develop strength, endurance, and balance while focusing on core engagement and good form.
The class will be 45 minutes of interval based training. All levels welcome; TRX trainers are adaptable and modifications will be offered.
Class is first come, first served and will be limited to 10 for the comfort of all. Please remember to grab a number from the front desk!
