Begin your morning with an all-level vinyasa class. This class is designed to build strength and endurance, improve mobility, and challenge your flexibility & balance. In this class, expect to move with sun salutations, ladder flow sequencing, and the possible incorporation of opening or closing pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. This class will include a variety of poses, including heart openers, twists, hip openers, arm balances, and inversions. You can expect prop modifications for more challenging asanas. Optional hands-on adjustments will be offered if you don’t mind being touched!
Notes:
-Only members and guests paying for full-price day passes can sign up in advance. Free or discounted guest passes cannot be used for advance online sign ups
-A $5 fee will be automatically invoiced to all members who no-show for a class
-Guests who no-show will not be given a refund but may still use their day pass for that day

$25 day pass before 3pm on weekdays for Non-Members
$30 day pass after 3pm on weekdays and all day on weekends for Non-Members
