Wake up with breath to movement sequences followed by slow and stretchy flexibility training and ending in either a mindful shavasana and/or breathwork exercise. Whether your intention is building strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, or connection with yourself there is something for everyone in this energizing class. With curiosity and play we will explore shoulder and hip openers, twists, arm balances, and core engagement as you prepare to take on the day.
