Functional Strength & Stability w/ Luke

Build strength and improve stability through a range of calisthenics movements and skill work. Luke will guide students through a range of bodyweight movements, with an emphasis on improving your functional strength, mobiliity & body awareness.

This class will emphasize the "how-to's" of key foundational skills, but come prepared to work, as there will be plenty of higher intensity movements and conditioning drills in each class to help accelerate your learning (and your heart-rate!), with the goal of building you into a more well-rounded athlete.
