Expect a range of functional movements that increase your strength, power, agility, balance, coordination, confidence and overall health. Intense, empowering, and a fun full body workout. This class is open for all levels and can be done at your own pace. Class structure begins with dynamic stretching, a warm up, followed by a workout, and time for cooling down and stretching.
