A flow-based class designed to increase flexibility and functional range of motion. We’ll use a variety of techniques to actively release the body and unlock its full potential. Expect rolling, flossing, static & dynamic stretching, trigger point work, and more. This practice encourages better movement through self-care for your soft tissues and joints- an essential complement to provide stability in strength, resilience to injury, and more beta options!
