Join Sadie in an energetic and strong Vinyasa flow-style class. This 70 minute class will focus on functional alignment, core engagement/awareness, and fun & funky poses to keep the mind engaged on the breath.
All levels are welcome as Sadie will give tips throughout class to help each student access the poses safely in their own body. Expect to sweat and get the heart-rate up followed by a well deserved cool-down at the end.
