This class is for anyone who would like to improve their mobility, strength, and range of motion. Mobility is an important part of everyday life. In this class with Nadine, you will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back to aid agility and sustainable fitness. The class includes both flow and static movement with a focus on alignment. All levels are welcome.
