Blending an intentional, strengthening flow with nourishing stretches and mindful self-reflection, we will cultivate a deep sense of harmony within our bodies, minds and hearts. You are welcome to come as you are to release the stress of the day and cultivate joy. This class flows at a moderate pace, with support to modify the poses to fit your needs.
