Start the weekend HOT! This vinyasa flow class is a no-pressure environment for you to clear up your mindset, build strength & endurance, and challenge your flexibility & balance. In this class, expect to play with sun salutations, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and cues for alignment in a variety of postures, including hip openers, twists, and arm balances. You’ll leave class feeling grounded and aware in your mind, body, and spirit.
NEW students to this class should arrive at least 5 minutes early and let the instructor know about any injuries or areas of concern before the start of class.
The temperature in the studio will be around 95° F. You can pick up a towel and water from the desk, or bring your own! :)
