Join us for 60 minutes of yoga that is Ashtanga inspired with Susana.
This class based on the Primary Series of the ashtanga vinyasa system. The Primary Series is called Yoga Chikitsa, or “yoga therapy” for its many benefits for the body and mind. This class is similar to a vinyasa class, involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, backbends, inversions, and savasana. All levels are welcome and modifications are offered so that you may enjoy each posture.
Class is first come, first served and will be limited to 20 for the comfort of all.
