Mindful slow flow is an opportunity to deepen your flexibility and your awareness of your own body. In this class we will focus on mindful breathing, linking conscious breath with physical movement, somatic awareness, and safe alignment. This class will provide the container and tools for you to gain a deeper and more nuanced understanding of how to move your body efficiently and safely, in support of more taxing physical exercise and everyday mobility and stamina.
- Please bring your own mat. We are currently not offering yoga mats or class props.
