This cardio class is designed for all people to learn the art of boxing. It consists of drills that improve your skills, movement, technique, footwork and overall understanding of this art. This class is interactive where you will be partnered with other students during this time. There also will be light contact sparring where head shots are FORBIDDEN. Don't worry, we have an advanced class for that. We will learn to replace speed and power with timing and accuracy. This is a perfect compliment for that push to your climbing pull game.
Space is limited. 16oz Gloves are provided but you can bring your own. Less than 16 oz gloves will not be allowed.
