If you are looking to hit bags, work on power, and hurt people because you had a hard day of work, look somewhere else. This class focuses on movement, cardio, technique and having fun. There is light contact aka "light sparring" that focuses on accuracy, timing, precision and touch and not hitting (Absolutely no head shots). We also reserve a 15 minute section with an intense core routine. Space is limited but our minds are not.
We require hand wraps for this class (BYO, or purchase at the front desk). Please come early if you do not know how to put them on. NEW students to this class should arrive at least five minutes early and let the instructor know about any injuries or areas of concern before the start of class. If you bring gloves, only 16oz gloves are allowed.
- Once you have completed your booking, please make sure that you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email confirming your spot in the class, call the gym at the number below to make sure that your reservation has been received.
- Please note that guest passes cannot be used for advanced online sign ups at this time. Online reservations are available to members and paying non-members. Thank you for your understanding!
