This is an all-levels, strength-based yoga class that focuses on connecting breath with movement. The class is great for beginners who are just getting into yoga, those who have been practicing for years, and everyone in between. The sequence includes both gentle and challenging flows with plenty of room for modifications and adjustments to fit your needs. Overall, this is a fun and energetic class where you get to move, explore your breath, and build your strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness. In my classes, I do not offer hands-on adjustments; however, I do give many verbal adjustments and cues.
Please bring your own mat. We are currently charging $5 for rental yoga mats.
