Fit Flow is an energizing class designed for any student looking to strengthen their current yoga practice and fitness abilities. The 70-minute class fuses together traditional yoga poses and breath exercises with bursts of bodyweight conditioning, core work, and cardio. The class is set to upbeat music and culminates with a nourishing resting pose. Come to sculpt your body and mind, leave feeling rejuvenated and confident to take on your week. All levels are welcome.
