Join Laura for a fun, HIIT-based pilates class! This class combines cardio and muscle toning, keeping your heart rate up while keeping the impact low. We perform the exercises on a yoga mat making it zero impact, therefore protecting your joints and muscles from pounding.
- Please bring your own mat. We are currently not offering yoga mats or class props.
- Please note that guest passes cannot be used for advanced online sign ups at this time. Online reservations are available to members and paying non-members. Thank you for your understanding!
