Join us for 60 minutes of Vinyasa flow with Travis. This class takes elements from different styles of yoga (Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin) to challenge the entire body in diverse ways.
We will mindfully connect with our breath and body, generate strength through slow burns, rinse it out and have time to ground back to the earth so as to leave with a feeling of relaxation and bliss.
We will focus on building core strength and functional mobility for physical longevity so that you can keep doing the things you love as long as possible.
Travis is a yogi, climber, basketball player and is passionate about holistic wellbeing and personal growth.
Class is first come, first served and will be limited to 20 for the comfort of all.
