Dogpatch Boulder's Vinyasa Yoga with Rachel will explore a blend of breathing and core exercises. In this 70-minute session, we touch on five components: (1) a grounding breathing practice, (2) gentle flows to warm up the body, (3) core work to build strength, (4) twists and stretches to cool down, and (5) meditative rest.
