This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, and balance.
Slow Flow is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga.
It’s perfect for those times when you want the yoga, but not the intense workout. Relax, let go, and enjoy the slow flow!
