Are you looking for an edge up in your climbing? With this high intensity training class (HIIT) you will build and increase your foundational strength which translates to added ability on the wall and everyday life. Using circuit training and primal movements, the aim is to increase your anaerobic output and produce more muscle recruitment. It only takes a few classes to notice improvements in your climbing fitness, so come check out this class! All levels welcome.
