Mission Cliffs Vinyasa Yoga will challenge new and experienced practitioners to be more present, while building strength & stability, alongside a deeper connection to one’s mind & body. This 70-minute class will incorporate breath, movement, and ample modifications to meet your personal practice. All levels are welcome.
