All levels. Join this class for instruction on fundamental acroyoga poses and transitions, increased strength and balance, and a playful movement experience. Build communication skills, trust, and community while having a blast. Acroyoga is a partner-based acrobatics practice where there are always two or more people involved - A base (a person supporting other people) and a flyer (a person who the base is supporting). It is the perfect compliment to climbing, yoga, or any other physical practice. All levels are welcome. There is no need to attend with a partner - you will be grouped with other participants of your same level upon arrival.
