For this restorative class we will use blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support our bodies and relax our minds. Together we will strengthen and calm the nervous system through breathing techniques, some light movement and stretches, as well as sustaining longer held poses in comfortable positions. Bring water to stay hydrated as we release muscular tension in order to improve mobility and flexibility in deeper muscles, joints, and bones.
- Don’t forget to bring your mat. They can be rented for $5.
