This is a moderately paced class that offers the opportunity to go deeper with each pose, inviting longer holds, detailed alignment cues, and customization of the practice for every body. While all levels are welcome, expect to be challenged by the effort of actively maintaining a pose and experimenting with its variations. A warm but not hot room, sometimes light music, and the opportunity for brief meditation and pranayama practice are also featured. All levels are welcome.
