This class is for anyone who would like to improve their flexibility, mobility and range of motion. Flexibility is an important part of athletic training. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back to aid balance and reduce muscle soreness post-workout. The class includes both active and passive flexibility with a focus on alignment.
Don’t forget to bring your mat. They can be rented for $5.
All levels are welcome.
