Join us for 60 min of Vinyasa Flow with Adrienne. In Adrienne's class you will flow through a creative sequence of poses focused on linking breath with movement. We will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences including standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses.
Expect a combination of creative sequencing, detailed alignment cues, and a dose of inspiration to help you ground your practice.This is an all levels class with modifications offered.
