Start your day off with a fabulous 75-minute Power Vinyasa Flow with William every Wednesday from 7:15am to 8:30am.
This class is a dynamic, powerful, and energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while also learning to connect their breath to the movement of their body. In essence, the goal of this class is to learn how to master a moving meditation and to get into that "Yoga Zone" place. After just a few weeks of taking this class, students often feel more vitalized, more flexible, more focused and stronger, which also means becoming a a stronger climber or feeling more productive at work!
William believes the best way to resolve life's problems is to go straight through. The best way for us to evolve is by NOT over thinking and instead moving through whatever it is we need to address, head on. So often we procrastinate or put challenges off because they are very difficult but it's amazing what we learn about ourselves when we commit to the practice of Yoga. It takes time but in that time, we start become more introspective. Yoga can take us to the deepest places in our mind, body, and spirit but remember it usually doesn't happen in one class.
William's class often helps you process and open up channels inside of you, which in turn, helps you become more clear on what you need and want in life. Lastly, if you commit to this class, not only you will become stronger and more flexible, but you will also experience all the mental benefits too. NEW students should arrive at least five minutes early and let the instructor know about any injuries or areas of concern before the start of class.
