Climb off the wall and onto your mat every Wednesday at 7:00PM for a yoga class designed with climbers in mind. Each week will feature a new sequence focusing on hitting both the primary and support muscle groups to enhance your climbing. Together we will develop the strength, flexibility and stamina necessary to help you stay on the wall longer!
This class is open to students of all backgrounds and experience levels, or anyone looking to further develop themselves as a climber or yogi.
