Do more for yourself than just eat lunch with a 70 minute Power Vinyasa Flow class with William every Monday and Wednesday at noon. This class is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements, in essence executing a moving meditation. After only a few weeks of taking this class students will start seeing results in feeling revitalized, more flexibility, stronger climbing & core, it’s very likely you will even be more productive at the office!
William believes the best way to resolve life problems & evolve is not overthinking it but instead moving through it slowly, taking it to body, mind & spirit. This moving meditation not only helps us process & open up channels but also helps us become clear on what we need & want in life. NEW students to this class should arrive at least five minutes early and let the instructor know about any injuries or areas of concern before the start of class.
