ClinicalTrials.gov Results Reporting

This course will guide you through the requirements and steps needed to get study results accepted by the CT.gov quality reviewers the first time.

Target Audience

Course open to all faculty, fellows/residents, staff working on clinical research projects at Stanford.

Objectives

By attending this course, you will:

  • Understand which studies require ClinicalTrials.gov results and when results must be submitted
  • Learn how to plan for collection and retention of results data
  • Learn how to update a ClinicalTrials.gov study record during the study life cycle to support successful and efficient results entry
  • Practice entering a sample results record (Bring your laptop or just follow along)
  • Know what resources are available to support results reporting activities
