PARKING: We meet at the parking lot located off Rte 156 - Across from Exit 72 CT KOA campground. LIMITED spots - carpool if possible.
Join Tracy for this outdoor experience connecting yoga, hiking and meditation through the mindful guidance of nature. We open our awareness to the sounds, scents and “feels” of the natural world around us, while awakening to the life force that pulses within all living beings. Practicing yoga and walking outdoors can awaken us to our latent potential and healing, while nurturing our human relationship with our more-than-human world. Our sense of interconnection is accessed through quiet presence, kind attention and shared community.
PLEASE arrive 10 minutes early as we will begin hiking promptly at 12:30pm
PLEASE BRING 🐿
Sunscreen, water, desired snack, yoga mat/towel, bug spray/oils.
Pack that which you are comfortable carrying on your person.
Suggested to wear comfortable clothing in layers to be prepared for changing weather and appropriate footwear for walking. This trail is mostly flat terrain - wet/muddy and rocky areas.
