How to sell the procurement value to your boss?

Procurement plays a major role for the value creation of firms. However, it still doesn’t receive the right attention in many firms. This session is dedicated to learning about best practices way how procurement needs to be pitched to the organisation. Special attention is paid to the digital transformation of procurement, sales and academic insights. On top, procurement experts will meet the new generation of procurement managers (UCLouvain students) to learn how procurement needs to sell itself in order to attract the right future talent.
