The next “porch party” will be held at one of the 4 houses built where a Confederate fortification poised to protect the northern entrance to Richmond. The home of Taylor and Sheldon Bates at 1204 Confederate Avenue will welcome Ginter Park neighbors on Friday, September 20 from 5 to 7 p.m.
