Oklahoma Parents Center (OPC) Annual Conference

The Oklahoma Parents Center (OPC) would like to announce our upcoming 14th Annual Statewide Conference “Building Relationships…Creating Successful Change” on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The conference will be held at the Osage Casino and Hotel – Tulsa, Conference Center, 951 West 36th Street North, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

This conference is designed to educate parents, families and professionals in building partnerships that meet the needs of children and youth with the full range of disabilities ages’ birth to 26.  As with every statewide conference, there will be great speakers, much information shared, lunch, and plenty of door prizes.

We expect this year’s conference to be a huge success with expected attendance of 300! 

How Can I Register?

The conference is limited to the first 300 people that register.  All others will be placed on a waiting list.  There is no fee for this year’s conference; however, you must register.

How Much Does The Conference Cost?

There is no fee for this year’s conference – however, you must register to attend.


Will Childcare Be Provided?

No.  The Oklahoma Parents Center will not have any accommodations for children at the conference.  However, there is a $50 scholarship for parents of children with disabilities to help with the cost of childcare.  See below for how to apply for a scholarship.


How Can I Apply For A Scholarship?

A limited number of $50 scholarships are available for participants with financial need, with primary consideration given to individuals with disabilities and their families.  The stipends are available on a first come, first serve basis.  The deadline to apply is June 3, 2023.

How Can I Be An Exhibitor At Your Conference?

An Exhibitor Booth at the Oklahoma Parents Center Conference will introduce your products and/or services to participants from all areas of Oklahoma.  Booth Rental is $150.00 per table, which includes meals for 2 people.  The non-profit rate is $75.00 per table – to receive this rate, please send your verification with your Booth Rental Form.  The deadline for booths is June 2, 2023.
