Israeli celebrity chef and acclaimed TV personality/author Gil Hovav will lead our Celebration of Diversity - Flavors of Israel, including FREE samples of ethnic Israeli food (dietary laws observed) representing diaspora communities. Gil is a foodie ambassador who has played a major role in defining modern Israeli cuisine.
