HIPPY, NCJW's Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters program, which is provided by COA Youth and Family Centers, will hold a HIPPY 25th Anniversary Celebration and Community Breakfast, 7:30 am on Teusday, May 23 at the Italian Community Center.

Featuring state leaders discussing the importance of early education and literacy to childrens' success in school.
